The Countdown Begins!

It is early in the morning on August 1, and officially I have 8 days until I arrive in Puebla, Mexico! After numerous Google searches, YouTube videos, lengthy conversations, and watching Puebla on the weather app for the better part of nine months, I feel ready. Am I a little nervous after receiving lengthy email threads and trying to register for courses in Spanish? Absolutely. However, I am thoroughly excited for the rich, vibrant, tasty experience I have been anticipating for quite some time now.

Additionally, I thought a blog would be the best way for me to not only capture my experience in the City of Angels, but to share it with all those interested in following along! So welcome! I can’t wait to share this journey together 🙂
